Who Am I?…

Azle is My Forever Hometown

As a North Texas Real Estate Agent, home has always meant more to me than an address—it’s a foundation, an anchor, and the place where life is lived and love is grown. I’ve lived in the same home since the day I was born, and that experience shaped how I view real estate and the importance of finding a place to truly belong.

Because I have spent my entire life in Azle, I have built strong connections within the community. I graduated from Azle High School (AHS) in 2021 and since the, I have watched our area grow over the years. As a North Texas Real Estate Agent, I understand the unique qualities that attract families to Azle and the surrounding North Texas communities.

To me, a property is more than just a transaction; it’s where faith is practiced, families are raised, traditions are built, and memories take root. That perspective drives everything I do. My faith serves as the compass that guides both my life and my business. I believe deeply in honesty, accountability, and doing what is right. I strive to make every interaction meaningful and to leave each day better than I found it, simply because we’re blessed to be here.

I proudly serve families and individuals navigating one of the most important decisions of their lives—buying or selling a place to call home. My goal is to provide steady guidance, clear communication, and dependable support. Much like an anchor provides stability in changing waters, my goal is to be a constant, trusted presence throughout the real estate journey.

Texas Woman’s University Graduate

Education has always been important to me.

In 2025, I earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from TWU in Denton.

Earning two graduate degrees required discipline, organization, and perseverance. Additionally, my education strengthened my understanding of business, finance, and customer service. More importantly, it taught me how to listen carefully, solve problems effectively, and navigate complex situations with confidence.

These skills help me serve my clients well as a North Texas Real Estate Agent, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Growing Up Around Real Estate

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around Century 21 Alliance Properties, where my mother, Amber Upshaw, has proudly served as Operations Manager since I was three years old. Through the years, I had the witnessed firsthand the importance of integrity, strong relationships, and putting clients first. As a result, I developed a deep appreciation for the impact real estate professionals can have on the lives of their clients and communities.

Learning From Great Mentors

In addition to growing up around real estate, I was fortunate to learn from Broker Roger Brandt, whose mentorship extended far beyond the profession. At a young age Roger introduced me to sailing  and sponsored several summers at the Fort Worth Boat Club sailing camps.

There I developed a lifelong passion for the sport, while learning valuable lessons in patience, preparation, adaptability, and steady guidance. Today, those lessons continue to shape both my personal life and the way I serve my clients.

Why Century 21 Alliance Properties Felt Like Home

Sailing remains an important part of my life. In fact, a few years ago, I purchased my own boat and began sailing regularly on Lake Worth through the Lake Worth Sailing Club. Much like sailing, real estate requires confidence, preparation, and  the ability to navigate changing conditions.

Ultimately, choosing Century 21 Alliance Properties was more than a career decision. It was a natural continuation of the mentorship, values, and community that helped shape who I am today. Because of those experiences, I am proud to serve buyers and sellers with the same integrity, guidance, and commitment that influenced my own journey.

Life Beyond Real Estate

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors—fishing, hiking, kayaking, or sailing. I’ve sailed since I was a preteen, and it remains one of my greatest joys. There’s something grounding about the water, the wind, and trusting the course you’ve set.

I’m a lifelong country music fan, a devoted animal lover, and someone who believes family always comes first. Those values show up not just in my personal life, but in how I serve my clients—with patience, respect, and genuine care.
